I will share a personal note with you. When I sleep in my Sukkah, I keep my gun with me. The gun is not for me. I believe that God will protect me. The gun is for the guy who doesn’t believe God will protect me.
Things have changed. They are worse.
The answer hasn’t changed. The answer to anti-Semitism is more Semitism.
We have each other. We share our Torah and our heritage. Go forth and learn.

I am for gun control. That’s why I practice at the range regularly.
I know I speak from a privileged position (thus far) but I cannot imagine shooting a living being.
I hope it doesn’t come to this, but if things get bad enough, that means you’ll need to find a bodyguard who will do it for you.
