That said, in the case of Israel another powerful argument against boycotting Israeli universities is that they (and I believe Hebrew University in particular) have significant Palestinian representation in the student bodies and provide quite a bit of benefit to Palestinians, who may be the most hurt by a boycott. I believe Hebrew U actually has an office to explain about this.
